Open Case Manager Part Time Position

Kenwood United Church of Christ, in partnership with the Hyde Park and Kenwood Interfaith Council, seeks a person with case management and/or social work experience to help connect persons with potential employers, help them pursue and obtain housing, and help them navigate the health care system.
Qualified candidate will work 12 to 16 hours per week with clients of the Norma Jean Sanders Free Clinic and/or the Soup Kitchen conducted by Kenwood United Church of Christ, 4600-4608 South Greenwood, Chicago, Illinois
This is an independent contractor position.
